Not all employers offer the service to dependents over 18. Check with your benefits provider for eligibility and cost. If they are eligible they should enroll as an adult and create their own separate account. If your dependent over 18 is eligible and needs their Benovate verification email resent, please have them contact email@example.com with their full name, date of birth, email address and employer providing the service.
